Alizé 2.0: A new era for legal research and monitoring in Luxembourg
Alizé 2.0 marks a decisive step in the evolution of the platform, which is becoming the first Luxembourg-focused legal database, with more than 500,000 references available.
A unique database enriched with financial sources
The new version integrates major European and international financial sources, such as:
AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers – France)
Central Bank of Ireland
EBA (European Banking Authority)
BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority – Germany)
FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority – Switzerland)
Doctrine: the ambition of a centralizing platform
Alizé 2.0 provides an initial set of doctrines in open access, mainly from the University of Luxembourg.
The objective is to become a centralizing platform, bringing together all the sources useful to legal professionals in Luxembourg, without the need to resort to complementary platforms.
Discussions are underway with various publishers and partners to also integrate content protected by copyright.
Omnilex: uploading and analyzing PDFs
The Omnilex feature now allows the upload of PDF documents. It offers several uses:
Analysis of legal documents, for example examining contract clauses in light of case law.
Automated drafting, with the generation of draft pleadings combining research and writing assistance.
Document synthesis, through the production of quick and targeted summaries.
VigilantIA: centralized and daily legal monitoring
The new VigilantIA feature offers automated monitoring of all available sources.
The database is updated daily, allowing users to follow new publications as they appear.
Users have access to a system of personalized email notifications, with the option to filter results by keywords, and to a centralized monitoring service that replaces the dispersion of multiple newsletters.
